Chun Li bracelets

Measure your hand and wrist. Get the desired width of the bracelet leaving 0.4 inch for each side (spiky ones in the pic) and the desired length of each cone (spikes). Cut each piece according to the figure and the numbers of each of them are indicated.
Cut 6 circles along the rectangle (one of them will be joining both sides). Paint the 2 rectangles and the 4 circles in black. The cones are optional in the painting step, if you want to do it, this is the moment.
Now cut the black fabrics with the same shapes of the cardboard and do the same with each cone but using the metallic fabric. Glue the fabrics to the cardboard and wait until them dry.
Join one of the circles with the rectangle forming the circle and wait for the glue to act. It's very important to leave the other side free in order to paste each of the cones easily in the next step.
Once the cones were covered with metallic fabrics, use small amounts of modeling paste to fill each of the cones and wait until the paste gets hard.
Put each cone from the inside. Paste each cone in a hole and wait until the glue dries. If you like to give more resistance to the cones cover them with any material that you consider to help like more fabrics, electrical tape or another king of tape, etc. Now you have to glue the other circle to complete the first bracelet.
Once the first bracelet is finished, you can make the other in the same way and your Chun Li bracelets are done! Ya ta!
